REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
All registrations for the conference must be
submitted on an official Registration Form and sent to the HYP2004
Desk no later than August 13, 2004. Upon
receiving the Registration and Reservation Form along with your fee,
HYP2004 Desk will send you a confirmation/receipt slip. Please take this
slip with you on-site and present it at the Registration Desk.

HOW TO RESERVE HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
The following hotels are reserved for
convenience of the participants at a special conference rate. However,
please note that the number of rooms at each type is limited and is to be
reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Osaka Half Day Tour
Tour date : September 15 (Wed) 2004 13:30 - 17:30
The tour starts and ends at Hotel Sun Palace.
Highlights : Osaka Castle, the symbol of Osaka City, and Doguyasuji Street
where Kitchenware are sold.
You may surprise plastic models of sushi, waffles, wine bottles that look just like the real.

Payment must be completed in Japanese Yen (JPY)
by either Credit Card, Bank Transfer or On-site.
